A new toy from China - laughing dog

I don't know what it is but saw it in store. There is sensor in front of toy and when I move hand it triggers speaker. Toy rolls around with help if its "tail".

At the end bonus scene - singing bear, who hits his stomach with lamps while singing. He was singing lovely tune and standing with help of shelf post as drunk persons do when having difficulties.
