If I would have free afternoon in Yokohama, where I would go ? One of interesting places is Yokohama Chinatown.
It is located not far from famous Yamashita park and Yokohama passenger port. After entering through decorative gates, it feels somehow different and lively. Many shops and restaurants, street vendors selling food and also giving free samples, tourists and locals buzzing around etc.

Access:
From Shibuya by Toyoko line (pink) 35 min till station Motomachi-Chukagai (Chinatown). Toyoko line turns into Mintaomirai line after station Yokohama. Althernative - from Shinagawa by Keihin-Tohoku line (blue) till station Kannai and then walk around 10 min.
Today was snowing and I decided to go to Landmark tower. It is tallest building in Japan - 296m. Seeing clouds going by was interesting and now I know why people call tall buildings - skyscrapers. So this is what I saw from top to Landmark tower.

Access:
From Shinagawa, Tokyo station by Keihin-Tohoku line (blue color) till station Sakuragicho, 30 min from Shinagawa station.
This whole area of Minatomirai on the Google map. With this you can spot places shown on video. Landmark tower is in the center and dropping big shadow to the right.

Time for Japanese cherry tree blooming in Japan. People come outside to see sakura flowers, take photos and have drink or food under trees. These moments I captured in Yokohama. You will see group of dancers performing traditional dance.
It is also election time, some people are campaigning with banners and loud speakers.

Access:
Take local Keikyu line from Yokohama station and get down at Hinodecho or Koganecho station, which is second and third stop from Yokohama station. Sakuras are all around.
Walk this road after getting out of Hinodecho station (opens new window and need to wait some time for street view).
I am traveling around Yokohama port in small pleasure boat. Most of places you see is reclaimed from sea - man made islands. Many factories are located near water as it facilitates transportation of large goods over sea. In the end part of video, you will see large ship, which is used to export cars, being pushed into port.
