Christmas in Hong Kong

When thinking about Christmas what usually comes into your mind ? It's holiday time, so most of us will be returning home, sleeping and eating, browsing for Christmas discounts in stores, discovering that there is nothing on television, sleeping again and thinking when to get back to work again... Basically very quiet and slow time. That's not how you should spend Christmas - go to Hong Kong!

There - roads are closed for traffic, almost all people are out on the streets, songs and dances everywhere and surely many wishes of "Merry Christmas"! While walking around Hong Kong during Christmas Eve I felt being in completely surreal place. All performances seems to be spontaneous and coming from people's initiative. This is real Christmas Capital of the World! Recommended to visit for fun and interesting Christmas.
